Terms & Conditions — ckk33 Platform Rules

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "ckk33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ckk33 online gaming platform accessible at ckk33.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "You" / "the Member" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ckk33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Member upon successful completion of the ckk33 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements as specified in applicable promotional terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the ckk33 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a game, event, or market offered on the ckk33 platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ckk33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service provided by ckk33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ckk33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

ckk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ckk33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ckk33 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account, making deposits, or placing wagers.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ckk33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
6. You have not previously had an account suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded on the ckk33 platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the ckk33 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method registered to your account (e.g., bKash account statement)
• Selfie photograph alongside a government-issued photo ID

Failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe may result in funds being withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ckk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ckk33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ckk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported institutions), Visa, and Mastercard.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. General indicative limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal via mobile banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket): ৳50,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal (all methods combined): ৳200,000

VIP Members may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits at ckk33's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five to fifteen minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ckk33 does not charge processing fees on any withdrawal method. Any fees charged by a third-party payment provider are beyond ckk33's control.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ckk33 does not accept deposits or make payments in any other currency.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. ckk33 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend an account where a third-party funding source is identified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers made available on the ckk33 platform are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ckk33 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of free bets, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated wagering between colluding accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, ckk33 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6.4 ckk33's Right to Withdraw Offers

ckk33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilment of any obligation already incurred by a Member who has acted in good faith in reliance on the offer.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the ckk33 platform are governed by the individual game rules made available within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general provisions apply across all games and betting markets on ckk33:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by ckk33's licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• All sports betting odds are set by ckk33 and are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Confirmed wagers are binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live event, ckk33 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the stake to the Member's account balance.
• ckk33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or payment method. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
• Wagers placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and the stake returned, regardless of the outcome.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk33 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) on ckk33 under any identity.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documents during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or otherwise interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the results of live events.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to ckk33 and will not be paid out.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the platform in any way.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or otherwise reproducing any part of the ckk33 platform, its content, or its underlying technology.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckk33 platform — including but not limited to the ckk33 brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, software, data, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ckk33 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckk33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on ckk33 content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckk33 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by factors beyond ckk33's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss resulting from account suspension or forfeiture of funds due to prohibited conduct.
• The content, availability, or security of any third-party website linked to or from ckk33.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

ckk33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on ckk33, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ckk33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ckk33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ckk33

ckk33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ckk33 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

13.2 Termination by ckk33

ckk33 may terminate your account permanently where a material breach of these Terms has been established, including multi-accounting, fraud, identity falsification, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8. Upon termination for cause, any balance derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of the KYC process.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting ckk33 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be paid to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.

14 Amendments

ckk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, ckk33 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the ckk33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the ckk33 platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with ckk33 support shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Nothing in this section limits ckk33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm arising from a breach of these Terms.
